A decade ago I was asked to plan the rest of my life. I Googled "Careers in photography” and found photojournalism.
Since then I've had the pleasure finding my photos pop up in The New York Times, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, The Boston Globe, Time Magazine, The Seattle Times, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Wall Street Journal, Rolling Stone, Forbes and of course The Oregonian and Roll Call.
I was bit by the political bug during the 2016 election and in 2018 I packed up and moved to Washington. For the past seven months I have covered the White House and Capitol Hill for The New York Times.
I am currently available for assignment -- just say when and where!
